Here is a simple and easy banana bread recipe that you can make at home. It is a perfect dish for your snack or can be enjoyed as a dessert. Here is the recipe
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1/3 cup (75g) unsalted butter, melted – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3/4 cup (150g) sugar – 1 large egg, beaten – 1 teaspoon baking soda – Pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Take a bowl and mash the ripe bananas till it turn smooth with the help of a fork. Add butter and mix well
Next add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Stir everything well until they are well combined in the mixture
Take another bowl and add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and pinch of salt. You have to whisk them properly until well combined
Now add both the mixture and you have to mix and stir them well. Make sure not to over mix as it can lose the smoothness
This step is optional. If you wish to add little crunchiness to your banana bread, you can mix chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits
in a prepared loaf pan spread the mixture evenly with a spatula and bake it in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Take out your bread once baked and allow it to cool for 10 mins
You can transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before you start to slice them. Once done, next slice it and serve hot or at normal temprature
